Hello and welcome back to this week's episode of the podcast. This week's episode is part two of my two-part series with Sinead Keane, a trained psychotherapist with a vast training in various areas. Sinead, throughout this conversation, offered significant insights into the benefits of yoga and what it is she loves so much about the practise, as well as this she discussed the importance of presence, slowing down & following your intuition. I also touched on my experience to date in regards to burn-out & reaching breaking point.  We expanded a lot on society, and the generic ideations/ ambitions often imposed upon us by others, the idea of 'work hard and get a good job'- without considering if that job even is for you. We have become obsessed with constantly doing and never taking a moment to reflect and consider what it is we truly want from life. Moreover, we discussed the idea of presence and reverting to the simple things in life. As quite a materialistic society, we have lost touch with what matters most and brings true happiness day-to-day.  I really hope you enjoy this conversation, as I must it, I loved recording it with Sinead- hearing her insights, experiences and self-development work to date has been nothing short of iring. Moreover, her honesty and transparency will be of great benefit to all listening as I believe she offered great advice in everyday experiences and encounters. So listen, and share with all who you think will enjoy, wishing you notinhg but the best in life, SSS X.
