Right before heading out to Japan, we had a moment to revisit our experiences and why traveling physically and spiritually is equally crucial to our understanding. The spiritual journey explores the inner self, seeking to connect with a higher power or meaning beyond the physical realm. It involves reflection, meditation, and seeking a deeper understanding of the purpose and meaning of life. Spiritual journeys often involve letting go of ego and material possessions and cultivating gratitude, comion, and love. A physical journey, on the other hand, involves traveling to different places, experiencing new cultures, and exploring the physical world. It can involve adventure, learning, and personal growth through challenges and new experiences. Physical journeys often require planning, preparation, and physical endurance, as well as an open mind and willingness to embrace new ways of living and being. While a physical journey may not be explicitly spiritual, it can still provide opportunities for self-discovery and growth.
