About Scott Brown:
Scott brings over 25 years of business, finance, and real estate development experience as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Park Street Development Group. Scott entered the hotel industry in 2005 when he founded ABA Hospitality. Scott has long-standing relationships with all the major hotel brands and many leading private equity firms. Scott has built, owned, and operated several Hyatt hotels and resorts in the United States. Mr. Brown was a regular speaker at Meet the Money, the national hotel finance and investment conference in Los Angeles. Scott and his team have developed and built over 20 hotels. Based in the Bay Area, Park Street is building a portfolio of hotel and lifestyle properties in iconic destinations. Prior to founding ABA Hospitality and then Park Street Development Group, Mr. Brown began his professional career in finance at Merrill Lynch Pierce, Fenner & Smith in San Francisco, California. While at Merrill Lynch, Scott had a successful career, overseeing over $2B in assets by the time he left the firm. In 2005, after a 10-year career at Merrill Lynch, Scott left to follow his ion for real estate and founded the company now called PARQ Street, or Park Street Development Group.
