Do you ever feel like this?
You know those times where the FEAR kicks in and the pressure comes, and sometimes you just cant handle it. Maybe you freak out, get stressed, maybe even really angry at yourself or take it out on loved ones.
I know for me in the past, this could definitely be the situation.. Sound familiar?
I have a friend who is a retired New Jersey Cop for 13 years. It was crazy to hear the real stories of not only being a cop, but the incredible circumstances and danger that he went through on a daily basis.
It makes you think. It makes you realise that your stresses and problems are nothing compared to running into a burning building to rescue someone. You risk your own life to saves someone else's. Is something you could do? A complete stranger? I don't know if I could, but I wanted to really jump inside the mind of someone who could.
So, I brought my friend and client Phil Romano in to record a latest episode of Mindset By Design Podcast.
